AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, LETICIA BALLO CARREON and ELISEO M. CASTILLEJOS, both of legal

ages, Filipinos, and residents of Bautista and San Cornelio, Caba, La Union, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have personally known spouses ALBONDIO GALVAN and CRISTINA

SOBREDO, being our neighbors and close acquaintances in Caba, La Union;

2. That we know for a fact that CRISTINA SOBREDO gave birth to CAMILO
SOBREDO GALVAN on July 26, 1928 in Caba La Union and that, the said child died
on August 1, 1928 in Caba, La Union due to unknown illness;

3. That, the Office of the Civil Registrar of Caba, La Union has no record of death of
Camilo Sobredo Galvan;

4. That we are not in a way related to the said persons within the fourth civil degree either
by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter
whatsoever;

5. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing set of facts without any promise or reward or any other monetary consideration
and for each other legal intents.

FURTHER AFFIANTS SAYETH NONE.
