Ph1 Wellington Residence Brgy. Tres Cruses Tanza Cavite, and AILENE V. VILLAFUERTE, of legal
age, Filipino, married and resident of Wellington Residence Brgy. Tres Cruses Tanza Cavite after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we personally knew JHAONNE LESTER CATUBORAN SOLIDOR, being our neighbor and
close acquaintance;

2. We declare confirm and affirm that he resided at BLOCK 06 LOT 49 WELLINGTON

RESIDENCE PHASE 1 WELLINGTON RESIDENCE BRGY. TRES CRUSES TANZA CAVITE for a
long period of time.

3. That we stand and prove that our testimony are base on our full blown knowledge.

4. That he has been residing in the aforesaid property for a long period of time already.

5. That we are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above mentioned person; and

6. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing set of facts without any promise or reward or any other monetary
consideration.
