JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, MELBA G. COLINA and LOURDES V. EBRADA, both of legal

ages, Filipinos, and residents of 813 Siquijor St., Pitogo, Makati City and 816
Siquijor St., Pitogo, Makati City, respectively, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with the law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. We have been residents of Barangay Pitogo for more than twenty (20) years;

2. We personally know JOE ANGIOLO DOMINGO, who is our long-time

neighbor and acquaintance;

3. We know for a fact that JOE ANGIOLO DOMINGO is the

owner/occupant of the land located at 814 and 816 Siquijor St., Pitogo,
Makati City;

4. We further attest that JOE ANGIOLO DOMINGO, by himself or through

his predecessors-in-interest, has been in open, continuous, exclusive and
notorious possession and occupation of the land for more than thirty (30)
years and had been residing thereat up to this date;

5. We are not in any way related with JOE ANGIOLO DOMINGO within
the fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do We have
any pecuniary interest in this matter whatsoever;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and facts and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
