JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS
We, Mr. JOHN T. MARIANO and LILIAN W. CACAY, both of legal ages,
Filipinos, both residents of Barangay Country Club Village, Baguio City,
Benguet, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:

1. That we personally know CESAR GANGOD LIGANTE, being acquaintances

for a long period of time since we were children;

2. That we declare and certify that he was born in the City of Baguio, province
of Benguet, in the Philippines, on January 4, 1956.

3. That he has been using the said CESAR GANGOD LIGANTE, in all his
pertinent documents and transactions since childhood;

4. That we are not related by affinity or consanguinity to CESAR GANGOD

LIGANTE; and

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
statement and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
