AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, JOHN RICHARD C. ABAO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of

Kitamban, Binuangan, Misamis Oriental after having been sworn in accordance with the
law hereby depose and say that;

1. I am a First Year, Nursing Student at Capitol University, Cagayan de Oro City;

2. I am not gainfully employed and thus, I only generate minimal to no income at all
that is enough for me and my family’s sustenance;

3. I am not currently employed with any person, natural or juridical;

4. I do not own any kind of business and likewise not engaged in any form of
industry;

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing and for whatever legitimate purpose this affidavit may serve;
