AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, XXX, of legal age, married, Filipino and residing at XXX ACM Sherwood
Subd., Anabu II-B, Imus City, Cavite, Philippines, after having been dully
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the biological father of the following minor children:

 XXX, seventeen (17) years of age;

 XXX, thirteen (13) years of age.

2. That I, my wife XXX and my children will attend to the wedding event
and ceremony of one of our relatives at XXX, England on July 8, 2022
and to stay a little more days for a vacation in England from July 6, 2022
to July 16, 2022;

3. That during their trip, I will support them financially to cover all their
expenses during our stay in abroad for their accommodation, food,
transportation and other incidental expenses;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.
