SWORN DECLARATION OF
REMOVAL OF IMPROVEMENT

I, CECILIA V. DESTAJO, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with


postal address at 166 Gahak, Kawit, Cavite, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the resident of 166 Gahak, Kawit, Cavite, where an


ancestral house is built since the 1970’s, the real property being covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-67024;
2. I am the sole heir of my mother Hermogena G. Victa, under
whose name the above-mentioned property is registered to;
3. I have adjudicated the above-mentioned property in my name,
by virtue of my execution of an Affidavit of Self-Adjudication with
Waiver and Assignment of Rights dated 18 November 2020;
4. I hereby undertake to DEMOLISH THE IMPROVEMENTS
on the above-mentioned property, particularly the old ancestral house, on
or before the end of May 2021;
5. I am executing this sworn statement to attest to the truth of the
foregoing and for all legal purposes it may serve.
