AUTHORIZATION

I, Rufo C. Trocio, Filipino, of legal age, married, with residence of 2F Narose Bldg.,
Madang, Mati City, Davao Oriental. After being sworn in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:

1. That I am the same person affiant in this affidavit;

2. That likewise I am the President of Rc Trocio Builders and Realty


Development, OPC, a corporation duly existing in accordance with the law of the
Republic of the Philippines, located at 2F Door 3&4, RMT Bldg., Madang, Mati City,
Davao Oriental;

3. That I am the official authorized, on behalf of the said firm, to transact business with
the Department of Public Works and Highways and other government offices
concerned, and to, execute and perform any all acts, including signing of relevant
documents, in connection with the application for the Civil Works Application (CWA).

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve best.
