duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state under oath,
that:

1. We are respective stall owners at Block 4, City Market, Baguio City

among those whose stalls were burned down on March 11, 2023;

2. Adjacent/near/fronting our respective stalls, is STALL No. 77 under the

name Mr. Eduardo A. Lee, and same stall that was also burned down;

3. For a very long time, Mr. Eduardo A. Lee personally manage and operate
the said stall, however, due to physical disability he decided to waived to
his daughter ABIGAIL LEE PANERGO and in fact availed of the Amnesty
Program for Transfer of Stalls which is now pending;

4. A certain MAU MASTURA asked permission from Mr. Lee to sell his
goods infront of the said stall. Because Mr. Lee felt pity to Mau Mastura,
he allowed Mau to sell his goods for free and did not ask for any
payment;

5. Mau Mastura for a long time enjoyed selling his goods infront of the stall
of Mr. Lee for free. After the recent fire wherein all stalls in Block 3 and
Block 4 were burned down, the City Government allowed some of the
stall owners to returned to the burned spot on a “bunot” process. To the
surprised and shocked of Mr. Lee, his stall was already occupied and
possessed by Mau Mastura;

6. Mr. Eduardo Lee did not waive his stall to Mau Mastura, neither did he
rented it out. He only allowed Mau Mastura to sell his goods infront of
the subject stall for free out of pity and humanitarian consideration. The
only person whom Mr. Eduardo Lee waived his rights, ownership and
interest over the said stall is to his daughter Abigail Lee Panergo;

7. We are not in any way related to the above-mentioned person neither by

consanguinity nor affinity;

8. We know the above facts and circumstances as we are long time friends
of the aforementioned person;

9. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of our foregoing

statements and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 4th day of
April, 2023 at Baguio City, Philippines.
