AFFIDAVIT OF THREE DIS-INTERESTED PERSONS

We, FILMA P. APOLA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with residence and
postal address at IB-130 A, Betag, La Trinidad, Benguet; PERLITA B.
PADAOAN, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address at
V. Delos Reyes St., Outlook Drive, Baguio City; and TERESITA A. LADIA, of
legal age, single, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal address at LC-54
Rocky Side Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state under oath, that:

1. We are respective stall owners at Block 4-Relocation selling vegetables

and among those whose stalls were burned down on March 11, 2023;

2. Adjacent to our stalls, is STALL No. 149 under the name Mr. Jose
Valenton, and same stall that was also burned down. Mr. Valenton
rented out his stall to Ms. Perlita N. Opague on a monthly rental basis;

3. On April 14, 2020, Ms. Perlita N. Opague started to personally occupy

and manage the said stall. Ms. Opague’s rental is P2,750.00, however,
she paid her rentals every two (2) months, thus, P5,500.00 is the total;

4. Every day or from Monday to Sunday from 5:30AM to 6:30 PM, Ms.
Perlita Opague personally manage the said stall;

5. Everytime Ms. Opague paid her monthly rentals, she always write in a
small note, however, the notebooks where she wrote the payment of
monthly rentals were also burned inside the stall, she only saved one
notebook;

6. Ms. Opague invested so much time, effort and money in personally

operating and managing the said stall until it was burned on March 11,
2023;

7. We are not in any way related to the above-mentioned person neither by

consanguinity nor affinity;

8. We know the above facts and circumstances as we are long time friends
of the aforementioned person;

9. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of our foregoing

statements and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 27th day of
