JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, RICHARD P. AMLID and MAGDALENA FAGSOY, both of legal

ages, Filipino Citizens and with residence Pinsao Proper, Baguio City, after having
been sworn to in accordance with w hereby depose and state, that:

1. We personally know that the four (4) children of FRANCISCA S.

AGCALAO and EDWIN AGCALAO (SPOUSES AGCALAO for
Brevity) died upon their delivery. As such, they have no certificates of
live birth;

2. We are personally aware that one of the surviving daughter of SPOUSES

AGCALAO is IRENE AGCALAO-TAYA-AN;

3. We personally know the foregoing facts as our families have known each
other for a long period of time and have partaken the milestones that
mark each other’ lives;

4. We are not in any way related with the above stated parties either by
affinity or by consanguinity; and

5. In addition, this Joint Affidavit is likewise executed for all other legal
intents and purposes that it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 13th day of
