AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, DANIEL B. AVILA of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Tagabas
Ibaba, Catanauan, Quezon, Philippines and ARLYN C. LURINA, of legal age, married,
Filipino and a resident of Tagabas Ibaba, Catanauan, Quezon, Philippines after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law do hereby depose and state that:

1. We personally know RONALD H. PILAR since we are their neighbors for twenty (20)
years at Tagabas Ibaba, Catanauan, Quezon, Philippines;

2. We are not in any way related to RONALD H. PILAR within the fourth civil degree
either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter
whatsoever;

3. Since we have known him for a long time, our personal knowledge and circumstances
brought the facts below:

a. RONALD H. PILAR married Evelyn R. Frondoza in the year 2007 and they lived as
husband and wife in their conjugal home at Tagabas Ibaba, Catanauan, Quezon,
Philippines;

b. We hereby attest that Ronald H. Pilar and Evelyn R. Frondoza separated in fact in
the year 2014 and Evelyn left their conjugal home;

c. Out of their cohabitation, three children were borne; and

d. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for all
legal intents and purposes this may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 19th day
