JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

RE: ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

We, LILIA ALFORQUE and BERNARD LEYCO, both of legal ages, Filipino
citizens, and residents of Poblacion II, Carcar City, Cebu, Philippines, after having been
duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we personally know MARIAN CHYLE ALFAFARA AVES, who is

our personal acquaintance and longtime neighbor at Poblacion II, Carcar City, Cebu,
Philippines;

2. That said MARIAN CHYLE ALFAFARA AVES was born on February 15,
1969 in Cebu City and the fact of registration of her birth at the proper Local Civil
Registrar;

3. That we know for a fact that the person by the name of “MARIAN
VILLAROSA AVES” as appearing in her Certificate of Birth and the name “MARIAN
CHYLE ALFAFARA AVES” as appearing in her Marriage Certificate, on the Birth
Certificates of her children, and on other government records and IDs refers to one and
same person and that her true and correct name is MARIAN CHYLE ALFAFARA AVES;

4. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within the
fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary
interest in this matter whatsoever;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and to establish the real status and identity of MARIAN CHYLE ALFAFARA
AVES, to support her claim to process and receive her Marriage Certificate and the Birth
Certificates of her children DARYL AVES CAMINGAO, ROSYL AVES CAMINGAO,
SWEETHEART AVES CAMINGAO, SHERALEE AVES CAMINGAO, MARIAN KENNY
AVES CAMINGAO before the Philippine Statistics Authority, and for any legal purpose
it may serve.
