The accused, JOHN ROBERT INTONG PILA, upon the Honorab le

Court most respectfu lly moves for leave of court to submit Certificate of
Indigenc y to Support his motion to post a reduced bail as states that:

1. On August 3, 2021, the accused through the undersig ned

counsel file his Applicati on for Probation with Motion to Post and Fix Bail
Pending Approva l of the Applicati on for Probation ;

2. That said Motion mentione d a Certifica tion of lndigenc y to

prove that the accused doesn't have any income/b usiness in their
barangay and that he belongs to the indigent family in their commun ity;

3. However , the Certificate of Residenc y was inadverte ntly

attached to the said Motion instead of the Certifica tion of Indigenc y;

4. We secured a copy, as attached herewith , the Certifica tion of

Indigenc y duly signed by the concerne d elected barangay officials;

5. Thus, we respectfu lly request for the admissio n of the said

Certifica tion of Indigenc y;

6. This motion is done in good faith and solely for the foregoing
reason.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises consider ed, it is most respectfu lly prayed

of this Honorab le Court that this Motion be duly noted and the attached
. Certifica te of Indigenc y be admitted to support our request to post a
reduced bail.
