AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, JENELYN FERRER GONZALES, 28 years of age, single, Filipino, and with residence at
Matandang Sabang Silangan, Catanauan, Quezon, after having been sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state, THAT:

1. I am one of the owners of Lot No. 1470-A-11, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
(TCT) No. 066-2020003336, located at Barangay Matandang Sabang, Silangan, Catanauan,
Quezon;

2. Because of the demolition of my mother’s house which was also located in the same
barangay, the electric meter “kuntador” was left out without any use to the said property
after the said demotion;

3. Because of the said circumstance, I hereby give my consent to the transfer of electric
meter “kuntador” owned by my mother, Marilyn F. Gonzales to my property above-
mentioned; and

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal purpose it may serve.
