AFFIDAVIT

I, FLORENTINA T. GASPAR, of legal age, Filipino, and presently residing at Cabanatuan City
Nueva Ecija after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am one of the owners of a land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title no. T-
139903 with the share of 49,650 square meters;
2. Thet the portion of 136 square meters is owned by my co-owners SPS. ROMAN E
PINEDA and REBECCA B. PINEDA.
3. That I am leasing the portion of my land wherein a cellsite will be erected;
4. That the said cellsite will be erected in my land and not in the land of my co-owners SPS.
ROMAN E PINEDA and REBECCA B. PINEDA;
5. That the 136 square meters owned by SPS. ROMAN E PINEDA and REBECCA B.
PINEDA is found at the front beside Brgy. Road while the cellsite to be erected is in the
back of our house which is 200 meters away.
6. That I am executing the Affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the forgoing facts and
for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.
