AFFIDAVIT

I, AMADA M. NAMBATAC, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of Pasong, Garcia
Hernandez, Bohol, Philippines after having been duly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose
and state that:

1. My father Francisco Magallon is the owner of a parcel of land designated as Lot No. 17504,
located at Pasong, Garcia Hernandez, Bohol, Philippines;

2. Adjoining the above-mentioned parcel of land is Lot No. 17503;

3. To the best of my knowledge and for as long as I can remember, Lot No. 17503 is owned by
Sofronio Magallano and his heirs;

4. Sofronio Magallano had bought Lot No. 17503 from Juan Cagadas sometime in the 1950s;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing and for whatever
purpose it may serve.
