DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, TERESA MORALES, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00), Philippine currency, to me in
hand paid to my full satisfaction by SIYANG B. LOONG, of legal age, Filipino
and a resident of No. 64 MCII, Hi-way, Zone 4, Divisoria, Zamboanga City, do
hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, absolutely and irrevocably unto the
said SIYANG B. LOONG, her heirs and assigns, that certain portion of a parcel
of land, situated at Bulao, Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City, actually owned and
possessed by me and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A portion of a parcel of Lot 4522, designated as Lot 4522-C, Psd

___________ measuring an area of FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE (15,271) SQUARE METERS, which is part of
the area under Tax Declaration No. G-163486 of the Assessor Office of
Cagayan de Oro City.”

That I hereby warrant valid ownership and possession of the said vendee
over the above-described portion of a parcel of land, free from all liens and
encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ____ day
