DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and between:

MARILOU C. GREGORIO, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, married and with residence
and postal address at 49 ML Quezon St. Wawa, Taguig City, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDOR.

- In favor of -

THERESA GINA A. FRIAS, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and
postal address at 147 Jerusalem St. Extn. Multinational Village, Parañaque City, hereinafter
referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

1. That the VENDOR is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of land, with an area
of One Hundred Eighty One (181) Square Meters, more or less, 181sqm lot covered by
Tax Declaration No. GL- 009-00892 under the name of Felimon Cipriano and Tax
Declaration of improvement covered by Tax Declaration No. B-009-03669 under the
name of Marilou C. Gregorio, most particularly described as follows;

 NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of SIX HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P 600,000.00) Philippine currency, in hand paid in full to the VENDOR
and receipt of the said amount is hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR from the VENDEE thus
hereby SELL, CEDES, TRANSFER and CONVEYS their rights, interests, possessions,
participation and ownership over said real property, in favor of the VENDEE, their heirs, assigns
and successors-in-interest the above-described parcel of land including all the improvements
thereon, free from any and all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set out hands this ______________ day
