1. That petitioner is filing the present Curative Petition against
the order dated 13.03.2018 passed by this Hon'ble Court in
Review Petition (CJ 377-383 OF 2018 arising out of judgment
dated 07.07.2017 pronounced by this Hon'ble Court in tne batch
of matters, wherein the lead matter was Civil Appeal No. 25657-
25663 OF 2016, whereby this Hon'ble Court dismissed the
Revision Petition and Special Leave Petition filed by the
Petitioners herein.

The facts leading to present petition are as under:

a) That the Petitioner Suresh S Satpute is

whereby this Hon'ble Court dismissed the Revision Petition

on 13.03.2018.

GROUNDS
The following grounds are raised in the present petition for
consideration of this Hon'ble Court are:
 PRAYER

In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the intent of

justice, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may
graciously be pleased to·
(i) Allow the Curative Petition from the order dated 13 03.2018
of this Hon'ble Court in Review Petition 377-383 OF 2018
arising out of judgment 07.07.2017 pronounced by this Hon'ble
Court in the of matters, wherein the lead matter was Civil Appeal
{t\lo. 25657-25663 OF 2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court; aP4

(ii) Pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble Court may
deem just and proper in the premises of this cast.
