KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, LORNA GARCIA, widower, of legal age, Filipino and resident of San Miguel,
Jordan, Guimaras, Phillipines, by these presents, hereby state and declare:

WITNESSETH

That I am the absolute and registered owner of land situated at Brgy. San
Isidro, Sibunag, Guimaras, more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 6061-C

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 6061-C) situated at Brgy. San Isidro, Sibunag,
Guimaras, Bounded on N., by Lot Nos. 6061-I & 6061-F; on the S., by
Lot No. 6061-B; on the W., by Lot No. 6061-D and on the E., by Lot 6060.
Containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
TWENTY NINE (13, 329) square meters, more or less.

LOT NO. 6061-H

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 6061-H) situated at Barangay. San Isidro,
Sibunag, Guimaras, Bounded on N., by Lot Nos. 5944 & 5445 and on
The E., by Lot 6060. Containing an area of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED ONE (25,901) square meters, more
or less.

That for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(85,000.00) Philippine Currency , in hand paid to me by ROLANDO GAMILONG, JR..,
Married, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Brgy. San Isidro, Guimaras, Philippines, the
Receipt of which amount I hereby in this instrument acknowledge to my entire satisfaction, I
do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, by way of Absolute Sale unto the said
ROLANDO GAMILONG, JR.., his heirs and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever, the above described parcel of land together will all existing improvements thereon.
