AFFIDAVIT of CANCELLATION OF ADVERSE CLAIM

AND/OR HOLD IN ABEYANCE

I, REYNALDO G. FRANI JR., of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence

and postal address at Sagayad, City of San Fernando, La Union, having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That, I am the buyer of a parcel of land located in Sagayad, City of

San Fernando, La Union;

2. That, I acquired the said real property from Mrs. Maria Gurtiza, the
declared owner of the said parcel of land containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY FOUR (1,244) square
meters, more or less, identified as Lot No. 18051, declared under TD
NO. 03 04965731;

3. That, I caused an adverse claim/hold in abeyance over the said

property on July 12, 2022 which was indicated in the said TD No. 03
04965731;

4. That, I hereby request the office of the City Assessor of City of San
Fernand, La Union to cancel or cause the cancellation of the annotation
of the hold in abeyance or adverse claim annotated on TD NO. 03
04965731, and

5. That, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of

all the foregoing and for all other legal intents and purposes.
