AFFIDAVIT

We, BIA AMOR P. AMBROCIO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a

resident of Barangay Ginictan, Altavas, Aklan, JOHN ARIEL I. DORMIDO, of
legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Batan, Aklan, and
MA. NIÑA MACAPAZ, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Barangay
Banaybanay, Malinao, Aklan after being sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. We have known the respondents, JOHN MICHAEL S RECTO and

ROBE-AN A DELGADO as they were both friends of ours.

2. From May 2020, JOHN MICHAEL S RECTO and ROBE-AN A

DELGADO joined us in our camping activities with Wiline Relator.
During that time, John Michael Recto was sharing that her wife
abandoned him and their conjugal dwelling and that he was on a
healing journey to move on from the pain that his wife brought him.

3. During the said period, drinking sessions occurred in different venues,

including each other’s houses, in bars, and if our finances permitted,
we would camp out on the beaches of Batan, Aklan and drink and talk
all night. Attached hereto are pictures of us going overnight in the
house of John Michael S Recto and our camping in Batan, Aklan as
Annex 2.

4. Sometime in August 2020, Jacquelyn Recto accused Weng Relator

and accused the latter of being my concubine by using a dummy
account but it was all for naught as it was not true. When she realized
that Weng Relator was not buying into her accusations, she then
contacted Robe-an Delgado and also accused her of being the other
concubine of John Michael S Recto. That Weng and John Michael
have no intimate relationship whatsoever. Additionally, there was also
nothing intimate between John Michael Recto and Robe-an Delgado
in fact, the latter has been known to us since childhood. Attached
hereto is the screenshots of a dummy account sent to us by Wiline
Relator as Annex 2.

5. On September 6, 2020, we were invited by John Michael S Recto on

his birthday party at Balete, Aklan together with Wiline Relator and
Robe-an Delgado and the latter went home to Batan, Aklan. The rest
of us slept over thereat.

 6. Our friendships with John Michael Recto and Robe-an Delgado were
more likened to a brother-sister relationship

7. That WE, execute this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN TRUTH WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set my signature this 6 th day of

February 2024 at Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines.
