WE, CESAR B. TIRAO AND TOMASA B. BARCENAS, both of legal

ages, Filipinos, married and both residents of La Medalla, Baao, Camarines
Sur, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:

1. That we personally know ROSALIE EDAUGAL PONCIANO (now

ROSALIE PONCIANO PAAS), who was born on December 16, 1978
at Sta. Cruz, Buhi, Camarines Sur;

2. That we have known her for a long time as she resides within our
barangay;

3. That as far as we know the person in the name of ROSALIE EDAUGAL

PONCIANO with the Date of Birth: December 16, 1978 and Place of
Birth: Sta. Cruz, Baao, Camarines Sur as indicated in her Certificate of
Marriage with Registry No. 2012-00185 and the ROSALIE EDAUGAL
PONCIANO appearing in the Certificate of Birth with Register No. 1979
(1-78) issued by the Local Civil Registrar of Buhi, Camarines Sur with
the Date of Birth: December 23, 1978, refer to one and the same
person;

4. That we are not related by consanguinity or affinity to the

aforementioned person;

5. That we are executing this affidavit not for any remuneration

whatsoever but to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
statements for whatever lawful purpose it may serve.
