JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, Elesa M. Dacles and Emilia M. Ramos, both of legal age, both
Filipinos, both residing at Tanke Talisay City Cebu , after having duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That we both know _Cristina Echavez Tenchavez_, son/daughter of

Spouses _Macario Tenchavez_ and _Candida Echavez_;

2. That he/she was born on _July 24, 1922_ at Tanke Talisay Cebu_ and was
subsequently baptized on _the same year__;

5. That we are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within
the fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have
any pecuniary interest in this matter whatsoever.

6. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose this may serve. We
fully understand that any inaccurate and untruthful statement in this
affidavit may render us criminally liable for perjury.
