JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby jointly depose and state THAT:

being our neighbors and acquaintances, as we lived in the same locality for many years before they
passed away, that is, since the year eighties/nineties (80s/90s);

2. We believe that the formers’ erroneous first names, such as: “____________”, and
“____________” as appearing in the concerned relevant documents were due to an honest mistake
committed upon registration;

3. We hereby declare that “__________” and “_____________” are one and the same

4. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing persons within the fourth civil
degree of consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter
