SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That Holy Spirit Christian Church Intl, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the
“Corporation”, duly registered under the laws of the Philippines and
resident of San Antonio Valley III, Paranaque City, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint Ritchelle Caliwan, of legal age and resident of
Unit 3C #854 Sta. Catalina St., Brgy San Antonio, Paranaque City and
Patricia Blanca Go of legal age and resident of #28 Narra lane St.
Espiritu Subdivision, San Dionisio, Paranaque City, to be the true and
lawful attorneys-in-fact, for and in the name of the Corporation, place
and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:

1. Secure the necessary documents for the transfer of the real property
owned by the Corporation located at Blk 8 Lot 5&6 Medalla Milagrosa St.
San Antonio Valley III, Paranaque City with an area of 545 square meter,
bearing the Transfer Certificate Title No. 010-2018002200, to Holy Spirit
Fishgen Church Corporation;

2. Submit such necessary documents to the proper authority; and

3. All other acts necessary to effect the transfer.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that the said attorneys-in-

fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done under by virtue of these
presents.
