postal address at __________, Republic of the Philippines;

3. RACQUEL T. SARILLA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of

#16 General Arellano Street, Barangay West Rembo, Makati City, Metro
Manila, Republic of the Philippines;

do hereby APPOINT FEI SARILLA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to

representative to act for and in our name and stead and to perform the following
acts:

a. To process and file the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)

Returns of Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax,
and Estate Tax Return;

b. To receive the Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR);

c. To secure Certified True Copies of Tax Declaration O.C.T

No. P-38653 and Property Landholding Certificate from the
Municipal Assessor’s Office of Delfin Albano (formerly
Magsaysay), Province of Isabela;

d. To file the transfer of new ownership and receive the new

Tax Declaration in the name of the new owners;

e. To secure Tax Clearance of Realty and Estate Tax of

O.C.T No. P-38653;

f. To secure a Certified True Copy of O.C.T No. P-38653

from the Register of Deeds for the Province of Isabela;

g. To file the registration and receive the title in favor of the

new owners in the Register of Deeds for the Province of
Isabela.
 HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and authority to
execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power to
process the abovementioned documents, as though we have so performed it,
and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof with full right
of substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.
