SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LAWRENCE ALBERT PAGALA CACES, Surviving Son of deceased Albert Verceles

Caces who died intestate last May 27, 2021, of legal age, natural Filipino Citizen, and born Filipino
Citizen, hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE, KRISTOFFER NOEL E. GUERRERO and/or
PATRICIA ANNE CARZANO, with office address at Marikina City, Philippines, to be our true and
lawful Attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To file and transact with the Local Government of Tubao La Union, the Assessor’s
Office, Register of Deeds and to any government agencies pertaining to the property
under the name of Albert Verceles Caces with was fraudulently transferred to one
Arianne Rose Caces Maligat;
2. To file the necessary cases pertaining to the properties under the name of Albert
Verceles Caces located in Tubao La Union with the proper courts or tribunals;
3. To Execute Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of deceased Albert Verceles Caces
located in Tubao La Union;
4. To sign all pertinent documents in connection with the different government offices;
5. To represent, received and claim any documents;
6. To pay the necessary taxes and expenses;
7. To do and perform any of all acts and things in the performance of the foregoing power;
8. To sign/execute the papers/documents in order to perform the aforesaid authority.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and authority to do
and perform all and every act required or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power
of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
