SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

the following acts:

1. To act my representative in applying, and processing for land title, with the Municipal
Hall of Cabagan, Department of Environment and National Resources, PROVINCIAL
ASSESSOR OFFICE OF ISABELA, CITY ASSESSOR OF CAUAYAN CITY, CITY
ASSESSOR OF SANTIAGO CITY, CITY ASSESSOR OF ILAGAN CITY, REGISTER OF
DEEDS OF ISABELA and other offices necessary for the titling of land under
___________________, with a total area of Three Hundred Seventy-Seven (377)
square meters, located in ______________, __________, Isabela;

2. To pay the necessary fees and taxes etc;

3. To represent me in the conduct of survey over the same;

4. To submit, sign, request and receive documents relative thereto;

5. To do such other acts necessary for the accomplishment of the afore-mentioned

undertaking.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said lawful Attorney-In- Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all acts which I could lawfully do if personally present, hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my Attorney-In-Fact will do or cause to be done within the
premises.
