JOINT SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, LAILA ISMAEL SALISA and AMIDA ISMAEL SALISA, both of legal ages,
Filipino Citizens and a present resident of Lanote Bliss Isabela City, Zamboanga Peninsula,
Philippines, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT OMAR MUKTAR ISMAEL
SALISA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and presently residing at Zamboanga City, Philippines,
to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to do for me and in my name, place and stead the
following acts and things, to wit:

1. To process, follow up, and facilitate, for and in our behalf, our enrollment with the
Western Mindanao State University;

2. To sign/ execute and submit, for and in our behalf, all the necessary documents which
may be required under the premises and by the above school and to pay the
corresponding dues/ fees thereon;

3. To do all other things and matters necessary for the accomplishment of the above-stated
undertakings.

HEREBY GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact OMAR MUKTAR ISMAEL SALISA, full
power and authority to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power
stated in this instrument as though myself have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING
ALL that he may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution of his person and revocation
of this instrument.
