AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSLATION

3. I have prepared a translation from the Ibanag dialect into English of the Proof
of Contact or communication between “________________”, the original of
which are attached hereto and marked as Annex “A”, “B”,” C” and “D”
respectively;

4. The attached communication, in all respects, a true and correct translation from
Ibanag dialect into English;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for all
