3. To transact, manage, process, negotiate the Deed of Absolute Sale to the BIR Office - RDO
17-A, Department of Agrarian Reform, Registration of Deed, Municipal Assessor of
Concepcion, Province of Tarlac and LANDBANK.
4. To transact and submit all the requirements in the said claim; and to make sign, execute
documents necessary in the foregoing purposes.
5. To splitting the title, claim and receive the all-issuance clearance, certified true copy, eCAR,
owner’s copy of the new title of land;
