KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We DELIA BARROGA BULUSAN, DINA BARROGA CATBAGAN, and DOMINGO

MALLARI BARROGA, Jr., all of legal age, all Filipino/Naturalized Foreign citizens, single/married,
and residents of Hawaii, United States, hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, AND APPOINT ARNEL FABIA
BARROGA, of legal age, dual Filipino and American citizen, married, and a resident of Block 18, Lot 4,
Roderick Street, Xevera Subd., Mabalacat, Pampanga, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for us
and on our names, places and stead, to do all and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. We are the compulsory heirs of our deceased father DOMINGO BARROGA;

2. Our father left a certain parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 75638

A parcel of land Plan Psu-163430, L.R. Case No. U-361, LRC Record No. N-23396) situated in the
Barrio of Nancamaliran, Municipality of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the N., by properties of Eugenio Laguna and Nicolas Barroga; on the SE., by properties
of Simplicio Lagua and Agatona Salvador; on the SW., by properties of Alipio Silbolboro and
Antolin Fabro; and on the NW., by properties of Virgilio Lapitan and Faustino Barroga …
containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE (7,989)
SQUARE METERS, more or less.

3. As the heirs under the law, we wish to sell the same to any buyer, but we will be unable to
personally sign any deed of sale before a notary public in the Philippines for the reason that we are
residing outside the Philippines;

4. We hereby appoint as our Attorney-In-Fact, ARNEL FABIA BARROGA with the following
powers:
a. To appear on our behalf, to transact, and to process with any buyer who wishes to purchase
the aforestated parcel of land;

b. To claim in a fiduciary capacity the proceeds of the sale and to turn over the said proceeds
over to us in any manner convenient to us;

c. To appear, transact, and submit any and all documents as may be required before any
government agencies, instrumentalities, or offices, to aid and assist the transfer of the title to
the possible buyers of the aforestated parcel of land;

d. To accept and receive any and all documents and papers, including official communications
from the any government agencies, instrumentalities, or offices, to aid and assist the transfer
of the title to the possible buyers of the aforestated parcel of land;

e. To do all acts and execute all documents and/or papers as may be necessary and expedient to
accomplish and aid the prompt accomplishment of any of the above-stated actions.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
