SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, WILMA LA FUENTE BIACAN, Filipino, of legal age,

single/married, and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Municipality of
Mapandan, Pangasinan, hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, AND APPOINT
MICHAEL CASTILLO AQUINO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a
resident of Brgy. Nilombot, Mapandan, Pangasinan, to represent the
undersigned Principal in a criminal case/s against a certain NIKO ALAN
GAJITOS, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Villamor Airbase, Pasay
City, Metro Manila, for the crime of Cyberlibel or such other criminal cases
as the Honorable Prosecutor may determine, before the appropriate trial
courts in the Philippines, for the reason that I am currently outside the
Philippines for employment purposes, and to do and perform the following
acts and things, namely:

1. To file for my name and behalf the appropriate initiatory pleading

as may be required for the successful prosecution of the case;
2. To appear before the Honorable Prosecutor and to attend any such
clarificatory hearing as the Honorable Prosecutor may direct
3. To attend the Pre-Trial Conference and Pre-Trial Proceedings;
4. To negotiate, conclude, enter into and execute a compromise or
amicable settlement of the case, under such terms and conditions
as said attorneys-in-fact may deem just and reasonable, before the
Honorable Court, or any other agency, such as, but not limited to,
the Philippine Mediation Center;
5. To sign the Verification and/or Certificate against Forum
Shopping in pleadings and petitions, as may be needed;
6. To agree on the simplification of the issues;
7. To amend the pleadings;
8. To obtain stipulations or admissions of facts and documents to
avoid unnecessary proof;
9. To limit the number of witnesses;
10. To undertake a preliminary reference of issues to an
arbiter/commissioner, as may be necessary;
11. To appear in all stages of trial until judgment; and
12.To do and agree on such other matters as may aid in the prompt,
just, and speedy disposition of the action.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorneys-in-fact full

powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully as to all
intents and purposes as the Principal might or could lawfully do if

personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that its said
attorneys shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
