BOARD RESOLUTION ACQUIRING TITLE OF A CERTAIN REAL ESTATE COVERED
BY TCT NO. T-120473 DONATED BY THE HEIRS OF DORCAS TEC; AND
AUTHORIZING HEAD PASTORA AND BOARD SECRETARY MERLITA J. DERLA TO
SIGN AND ACCEPT THE DEED OF DONATION;
AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER AND CONVEYANCE
IN FAVOR OF ATTY. EMMANUEL E. SANDICHO A TEN PERCENT (10%) PORTION OF
THE SAID REAL PROPERTY AS ATTORNEY’S FEES IN CIVIL CASE NO. SC-4786,
FILED BEFORE THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF SANTA CRUZ, LAGUNA.
WHEREAS, the Heirs of the late Dorcas Tec are the owners of a real property designated
as Lot No. 4563-B-2 Psd-52374, situated in Brgy. Gatid, Santa Cruz, Laguna and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title (OCT) No. T-120473 of the Registry of Deeds of Santa Cruz, Laguna.
And the said Heirs of Dorcas Tec are donating in favor of GLORIOUS FOUNTAIN OF LIFE
CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, INC., the said property;
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees and Officers of GLORIOUS FOUNTAIN OF LIFE
CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, INC., deem it proper in accordance woth its purposes that it acquires
this real estate by way of such donation;
WHEREAS, the Donors Heirs of Dorcas Tec expressly authorized GLORIOUS FOUNTAIN
OF LIFE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, INC., to assign, cede, transfer and convey ten percen (10%)
of the property in favor of their lawyer in Civil Case No. SC-4786, Regional Trial Court, Santa
Cruz, Laguna as attorney’s fees;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the board of directors of this religious corporation
hereby acquires title of that certain real estate covered by TCT No. T-120473 donated by the
Heirs of Dorcas Tec; and authorizing Head Pastora and Board Secretary Merlita J. Derla to sign
and accept the deed of donation;
RESOLVED FURTHER, the Assignment, Transfer and Conveyance in favor of Atty.
Emmanuel E. Sandicho the ten percent (10%) portion of the said real property as Attorney’s
Fees in Civil Case No. SC-4786, filed before the Regional Trial Court of Santa Cruz, Laguna; And
likewise hereby authorizing Head Pastora and Board Secretary Merlita J. Derla to sign and
accept the deed of assignment in favor of Atty. Emmanuel Sandicho.

after having been sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and certify that
in a meeting of the Board of Trustees/Officers of Glorious Fountain of Life
Christian Fellowship, Inc., the trustees/officers of said corporation, held on
________________________ in Santa Cruz, Laguna, unanimously resolved as
follows –

“THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the board of directors of

this religious corporation hereby acquires title of that certain real estate
covered by TCT No. T-120473 donated by the Heirs of Dorcas Tec; and
authorizing Head Pastora and Board Secretary Merlita J. Derla to sign
and accept the deed of donation;

RESOLVED FURTHER, the Assignment, Transfer and Conveyance

in favor of Atty. Emmanuel E. Sandicho the ten percent (10%) portion of
the said real property as Attorney’s Fees in Civil Case No. SC-4786, filed
before the Regional Trial Court of Santa Cruz, Laguna; And likewise
hereby authorizing Head Pastora and Board Secretary Merlita J. Derla
