INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant Provincial Prosecutor for the Province of Cavite,
accuses JOEY CRUZ y VALENCIANO of the crime of MURDER, committed as
follows:

That on or about the 2
nd
day of August 2013 in the City of
Dasmarias, Province of Cavite, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused, being then armed with a bladed
weapon, with intent to kill, qualified by treachery and evident premeditation,
abuse of superior strength, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously attack, assault and stab one Hugo Dee y Maapi, with the use of
said bladed weapon, thereby inflicting upon the latter stab wounds in the
different parts of his body which caused his instantaneous death, to the damage
and prejudice of the heirs of said Hugo Dee.

CONTRARY TO LAW.
