JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

We the UNDERSIGNED Police Officers, both members of the Philippine National Police, presently
assigned at the Police station of Mambugan, Antipolo City, do hereby depose and state THAT:

01. We are among the members of Antipolo City Police Station who conducted the hot-pursuit
operation located at Barangay Mambugan, Antipolo City.

02.The said operation stems from a call from Ms. Mary Jane Dela Cruz for an alleged murder case
which is received by our station.

03. On the call dated November 18, 2023, for an alleged murder case.

04. Upon receiving the call, our office sends police officer to investigate and after a successful
investigation, the suspect was identified, and our office immediately planned a hot-pursuit operation. At
about 1:30 in the afternoon of November 18, 2023, the undersigned together with the witness proceed
to a possible place where the suspect might stay.

05. Upon arrival thereat, luckily the suspect was present there and has been identified directly
by the witness. The undersigned together with the other police officers immediately arrested the
suspect. Informing him of his rights, while commencing the arrest.

06. The suspect was brought to the Antipolo Police Station for booking and proper
disposition. Likewise, the arrested person was apprised for his rights as provided for under the
Constitution of the Philippines.

07. We executed this joint affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the forgoing facts and to support
the filling of the Criminal Case against Danica Dela Cruz for violation of Article 248 of the Revised Penal
Code of the Philippines (MURDER).
