JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

We, the UNDERSIGNED Police Officers, both members of the Philippine

National Police, presently assigned at the Station 1, Villasis, Santiago City, do hereby
depose and state THAT:

01. We are among the members of the Philippine National Police who conducted
hot pursuit operations at Barangay San Andres, Exodus St. Santiago City;

02. Said operation stemmed from the statement of witness, Maxpein Moon
for violation of Article 336. Acts of Lasciviousness which was referred to our office by
the Barangay Captain of San Andres against Ronald Bayang, 22 year old, Single,
Filipino and residing at No. 123 Magulo Street. Barangay San Andres, Santiago City;

03. On the complaint dated 14th of May , 2023, on violation of Article 336.
Acts of Lasciviousness.

04. Upon hearing the confession, our office send police officer to conduct an
investigation and after a successful investigation, the suspect was identified
and our office immediately planned a hot pursuit operation. At about 10:00 in the
morning of May 14, 2023, the undersigned together with the witness proceed to
possible place where the suspects might have stayed;
 

05. Upon arrival thereat, luckily the suspect was present there and has been
identified directly by the witness. The undersigned together with the other
police officers immediately arrested the suspect, informing his rights, while
commencing the arrest;
 

06. Suspect was bought to Station 1, Villasis Santiago City for booking and proper
disposition. Likewise the arrested person was appraised for his rights as provided for
under the Constitution of the Philippines;
 

We executed this joint affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Ronald Bayang for violations of
Article 336. Acts of Lasciviousness.
