JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT and APPREHENSION

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED POLICE OFFICERS, both of legal age, bona fide members of
Philippine National Police presently assigned at intelligence section of Brgy, Sta. Monica, Puerto
Princesa City Police Station, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say:

1. That on 28th of June, 2022 upon the service and conduct of Search Warrant No. 0010-A, we took
apprehension of certain Lebron TAtoo 25 years old, single, Tricycle driver, with residence and
native of Purok Uha,Bgy. Tingiuiban, Puerto Princesa City. (See attached Search Warrant)

2. That by virtue of Search Warrant No. 0010-A, the above-named suspect was caught in unlawful
possession of 5kgs of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride in violation of RA 9165. (See attached
return of search warrant)

3. That prior to the apprehension and search we received from our informant that a motorcycle with
plate number: CE2019 will be delivering a suspected undetermined amount of Methamphetamine
Hydrochloride to the above-named suspect.

4. That prior to the search of the suspect’s residence, we informed the barangay captain and one
member of the press who accompanied us in the conduct of the search. (See attached affidavit)

5. That we informed the suspect of his Constitutional Rights same with the charges against him and
turned over to Puerto Princesa Police Station for proper disposition,

6. That we executed this affidavit for whatever legal purpose it may serve and affixed our signature
below to attest to the truth of the above facts.
