AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT

The UNDERSIGNED, Martin S. Adios, accuses of the crime of rape under Article
226-A of RPC as amended by RA 8353, of Hannah P. Montana,

committed as follows, to wit:

That on or about July 2, 2023, at about 10:am in the morning, in the Barangay

Santa, Caraga, Davao Oriental Philippines, the said accused did then and there willfully,

unlawfully, feloniously, and by means of malice and aforethought, committed

rape, upon the undersigned directly by overt acts to wit:

On July 02, 2023 in 10:00 am in the morning Martin S. Adios knock on our house
he said he will borrow my father’s hammer but when I enter the house, he punches me
and bring me in my room. Then he starts undressing me and I said “ huwag po” but he
inserted his penis into my vagina he started to rape me.

The undersigned executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing

facts and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Martin S. Adios for violations of
Article 226-A of Revised Penal Code as amended by RA 8353.
