1. Reference: WCPD Compliances.

2. This pertains to the WCPD Compliances of Nasipit Municipal Police Station

on the after Operation Report on Viol. Of R.A. 7610.

3. Submitted herewith is the After Operation Report on Violation of R.A. 7610.

a. That on March 5, 2023 at about 7:00 o’clock in the evening Francis

Peralta Pelegrino, 13 years old, July 12, 2009, Grade 8, NNHS, District
gumamela Brgy. 6, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, 13 years old, born on July 12,
2009, Grade 8 student of Nasipit National High School(NNHS) and a resident of
District Gumamela ,Brgy. 6, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte together with his father
Jonathan Ajos Pelegrino, 43 years old, married, jobless and a resident of same
place came to this station and requested for police assistance, for
aforementioned minor was allegedly mauled by Junrie Olivera Jamero (arrested),
26 years old, single, jobless @Bagre and Jason Cabiao (at large)22 years old,
single, jobless both residents of District-Gumamela, Brgy. 6, Nasipit, Agusan delk
Norte. while he walks home from church together with his cousin `Bebe` and his
cousin`s classmate. Junrie Olivera Jamero intentionally bumped him, then
suspects allegedly ran after them and questioned him as to why he did not ask
forgiveness. Suspects boxed and kicked the minor hitting his head, arms and
some parts of his body repeatedly. Incident happened on March 5, 2023 around
6:15PM at Brgy. 5, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte.

b. Duty Alert team, led by PMSg Elmer Haranay immediately acted

upon the request of police assistance that resulted to the apprehension of one of
the suspects. Junrie Olivera Jamero alias Bagre was positively identified by the
victim himself and his cousin (witness) as the one who bumped into the victim
and the first one who boxed the victim hitting his head. Aforementioned
respondent was immediately brought to Nasipit Municipal Police Station for
proper disposition.

c. A formal complaint for Violation of R.A. 7610 was filed against the
respondent/s on March 6, 2023 through Inquest proceeding under docket Nr.
XIII-02-INQ-23B-00061 received by Prosec. JOAN B. TORRALBA at Agusan del
Norte Provincial prosecution’s Office.
