EXCERPT FROM POLICE BLOTTER
This is to certify that quoted hereunder is the Official Blotter Entry, specially reflected in the Police Blotter of this Station entered on July 19, 2023 and July 20, 2023, to wit; IRF No. 012345-2023-0719-241 2023-07-329 7:15PM-On this time and date, a telephone call was received by this station from Barangay Councilor Armando Aceres of Brgy. San Marcos, San Pablo City, Laguna reporting a stabbing incident at Brgy. San Marcos, San Pablo City, Laguna. Duty personnel assigned in the AOR as well as the duty investigator were immediately dispatched to the place of incident and were met by the witnesses who disclosed that about 7:00 PM of July 19, 2023, the victim and the suspect had a drinking session at the house of their workmate and one of the witnesses, Arturo Monserrat, at Brgy San Marcos, San Pablo City. After a while, the victim suddenly ran amok and punched the suspect, after which a brawl ensued. While engaged in the brawl, the suspect managed to grab a kitchen knife on top of the table and stabbed the victim in his chest. The victim fell on the ground after sustaining a stab wound in the left portion of his chest. The victim was rushed to the hospital by the responding Brgy Public Safety Officers (BPSOs). The suspect immediately fled towards the vegetated portion of an adjacent vacant lot but was later arrested by the pursuing BPSOs and police officers. The victim, who was identified as CHRISTOF CALLA y Pradono, male, 29 years old (DOB: June 18, 1992), single, hospital utility worker, and a resident of Brgy. Del Remedio, San Pablo City, was rushed to the hospital for medical treatment by the responding Brgy. Public Safety Officers, and the suspect, who was identified as JEFFERSON SAMSON y Capule, male, 24 years old, single, security guard, and a resident of Brgy. Santo Niño, San Pablo City, was arrested and under police custody for further investigation. 2023-07-330 7:18PM- On this time and date, PCpl Diego R Erandio and PCpl Julis Tamerin, member of mobile patrol unit of this station requested to put into record that they will proceed to Brgy San Marcos to render police assistance in the alleged stabbing incident thereat. 2023-07-331 7:25PM- On this time and date, PCpl Diego R Erandio and PCpl Julis Tamerin, member of mobile patrol unit of this station requested to put into record that they will conduct a hot pursuit operation together with BPSO for possible apprehension of the suspect in the stabbing incident in Brgy San Marcos. 2023-07-334 7:50PM- On this time and date, PCpl Diego R Erandio and PCpl Julis Tamerin, member of mobile patrol unit of this station requested to put into record that they have arrested and the suspect in the stabbing incident at around 7:35 PM same date, identified as alyas “JEPOY” in Brgy San Marcos and that they have arrived in the station together with the suspect. 2023-07-337 8:45PM- On this time and date, Mr Cristobal Calla, father of the victim Christof Calla personally appeared in this station and informed the duty investigator PSSg Comia that the victim died at around 8:30 PM while undergoing treatment due to a stab wound in the chest at San Pablo City Memorial Hospital.

2023-07-342 6:00AM- On this time and date, PSSg Comia requested to put into record that he submitted to Regional Forensic Unit 4A at RHQ Calamba, Laguna the requests for examination together with the evidences : one (1) piece of more or less thirteen (13) inches long kitchen knife (including handle) with blood stains marked with ARC 07/19/23 and signature; three (3) pieces small paper envelope evidence container each containing one (1) cotton buds blood swab sample taken from the blood stains on the recovered evidence more or less thirteen (13) inches long kitchen knife (including handle), marked with ARC-01 and signature, ARC-02 and signature, and ARC-03 and signature.
