SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Alleged Robbery with Homicide

1. Reference: Blotter of this office under entry number 0162 page 168 dated
May 7,2023

2. At about 11:35 in the morning of May 7, 2023, a certain Annie Lee Dapayso
called by mobile phone informing this station that an incident of alleged robbery with
homicide transpired at Brgy. Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet. The incident allegedly
occurred at about 11:30 AM of that day. Victim identified as the owner of the house, Mr.
Sam De Castro Sabbang, 27 years old, single, engineer and a resident of Proper
Lubas, Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet.

3. Initial investigation shows that, unidentified suspect entered the room of Mr.
Sabbang to steal valuables. Upon arrival of Mr. Sabbang, he saw the suspect about to
flee then a commotion started resulting to the death of the victim. The body of the victim
is at Benguet General Hospital morgue for the conduct of post mortem examination.
Further investigation is ongoing to determine the exact cause of the incident.
