FACTS OF THE CASE :A certain couple, Marvin & Kristie Abuyot together with their
daughter, Maria Abuyot came to this office and informed that
Maria was raped at their house between 12 midnight of 24
November 2022 to 3 o’clock in the morning of 25 November 2022.
It was revealed that the victim was not able to identify the
suspect. And allegedly, an information also surfaced that Aaron
Manambit was seen during the afore-stated time near the vicinity
of Abuyot’s residence.

DISPOSITION : A Crime Scene Search Investigators were dispatch to

the area.

This certification is being issued upon the request of Mr. Marvin Abuyot and Kristie
Abuyot in connection of the rape case of their daughter Maria Abuyot.
