MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Progress Report re Robbery Incident

1. References:
a. Spot Report re Robbery Incident
b. Memo from PD, Patrolling in Schools in respective AOR, and
c. Reiteration of the Intensification of All Security Measures and Law
Enforcement Operations.

2. This pertains to the reported Robbery Incident at Integrated School, Brgy.


that transpired on the morning of 2024, perpetrated by unidentified perpetrators and
looted the following items.
a. Smart TV with an estimated market value of Php 8,500.00,
b. Samsung Smart TV with an estimated market value of Php18,000,

3. In connection with the above, please be informed that personnel of this PS


under the supervision of the undersigned still conducting series and in-depth
investigations.
4. On the other hand, prior the said Robbery incident transpired he
undersigned conducted barangay visitation, pulong-pulong, monitoring and
coordination at on 9:00 a.m. of December 07, 2023. The activity was being attended
by the Barangay Officials of the said barangay. The topics discussed were the
following, to wit;
a. The Peace and Order situation,
b. The illegal Drugs situation,
c. Dissemination of information and intensifying the OPLAN Katok,
d. Intensifying security measures on schools.
e. Other anti-criminality measures to pre-empt or negate untoward
incidents.

5. Moreover, during the said meeting the undersigned emphasized the


vulnerabilities of Integrated School to theft/robbery because, during the conduct of
the security survey, the said school had no security guards/watchmen during the
night/wee time, no CCTVs, and other security measures installed. This office
requested the barangay officials of said barangay to provide barangay Tanods or
watchmen for security and patrolling at the school premises. As well as the
installation of CCTVs and other security measures. Unfortunately, up to this date,
there was no undertaken provided by the barangay and the school.

6. In addition, this station proactively conducted E-MPO and Patrolling in


Schools to preempt/negate any thievery incidents and other untoward incidents.
