We are fourth Year students of Yllana Bay View College and we are taking Bachelor of
Science in Criminology. We are conducting a survey for our undergraduate thesis titled “CRIME
PREVENTION METHODS IMPLEMENTED IN BARANGAY GATAS, PAGADIAN CITY
IN RELATION TO PEACE AND ORDER”

We are requesting you to participate in this research by completing the questions on the next
pages. The aim of the research is to know the effects of of curfew on public safety. The
questionnaire will require approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Thank you for taking your time in assisting us with this research. Under no circumstances you
are obliged to answer any of the questions, however, in doing so will greatly assist us in
completing our research and enhancing the understanding of this research focus. The data
