MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Incident Report

DATE : January 20, 2021

1. WHAT: Alleged Robbery (Hold-Up)

2. WHEN: January 19, 2021 at about 06:00 AM.

3. WHERE: At 7/11 Convenience Store located at Magaoy Bldg., along Rose

Ave., Pilar Village, Brgy Pilar Las Pinas City.

4. WHO:
a. REPORTEE: AIMEE DEFEO, female, of legal age, branch
manager of the said convenience store.

b. SUSPECT: One (1) unidentified malefactor, mid 30’s early 40 of

age, estimated 5’8 in height, with large build, wearing helmet, color
white sweater and maong jeans.

5. HOW: Initial investigation disclosed that on the said DTPO, the seven eleven
convenience store located at the above-mention place was robbed by unidentified
suspect who pretending as customer drew out a firearm and declared hold-up.
Accordingly, the suspect took the sales money amounting to more or less ₱18,000.00.
reported by the two (2) sales clerk were inside the store were identified as Julius
Antonio y Adorico and Jobert Cruda y Mortallia, herein suspect pose as customer while
no security guard on duty and declared hold-up using firearm with unknown caliber and
proceeded at the cashier and fish out the sales money amounting to more or less
₱18,000.00. Thereafter, suspect fled on foot towards unknown direction. Reportee
sought the assistance of the nearest Sub-Station. The identity of the suspect is under
investigation thru CCTV of the said establishment. Hence, this report. PSSg Earl A

declared and unfortunate, one (1) male person wearing a helmet and allegedly armed
with a short firearm went inside declared the hold-up. He proceeded at the cashier and
fish out the sales money amounting to more or less ₱18,000.00. Thereafter, suspect
fled on foot towards unknown direction. Reportee immediately sought the assistance of
the nearest Sub-Station. The identity of the suspect is under investigation thru CCTV of
