Bernardo who was slain on March 21, 2019 at about 8:13 in the evening
along Makiling St., Brgy Olympia, Makati City.

3. Please be informed that a certain Claudine Cherrie Magno,

close friend of Monette and a resident of 1393 Apartment J, Angono St.,
Barangay Poblacion, Makati City and Catherine Lantic C Villanueva,
personal Secretary of Monette, and a resident of 6744 Tilo St.,
Barangay Pio Del Pilar, Makati City were invited to this office for
investigation. Both claimed that Monette have several personal bank
accounts here and abroad. Catherine also claimed that Rico Millarez,
the common-law-husband of Monette instructed her to cut the postpaid
account of Monette with Globe Telecom for unknown reasons.

4. Likewise, Mrs. Delia Bernardo, mother of the victim, gave her

testimony and at the same time executed an affidavit of complaint on
May 27, 2019. Highlighted in the statement of Delia Bernardo is that,
Rico forced her to sign the bank waiver for him to claim the bank
account of Monette under her name. Probers also interviewed some
persons of interest namely Marilou T. Alipater, Monette’s former
household and her husband, a certain James Alipater, a security guard
as persons of interest. Both claimed that Monette sued them in Court
for Qualified Theft and despite of the said charges against them, it has
never came to their mind to get even with Monette.

5. On May 29, 2019, investigators again invited Jing Millarez for

investigation. According to Monette’s friends, Rico and Jing promised

evidence that could link Rico Millarez as principle suspect in this case
and possible filing of Murder against him before the Makati City

linking him in this case on the ground that he brought the cell phone of
Monette in the US contrary to his claim during initial investigation that
the said cell phone is lost. Second, he was the one who requested for
the closure of the joint Globe Postpaid account of Monette and Jun-Jun
and lastly, he claimed that he already appeared with the NBI and

the NBI, Rico never come back for questioning despite noticed of the
