    COMPLAINT

    The undersigned, Chief of Police of M’lang, accuses Antonio G. Managuit In the


    municipality of M’lang, province of Cotabato, Philippines, the said accused did then and
    there, willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously, with malice and aforethought, attacked John
    V. Conway with caliber 45 pistol, wounding the latter in the neck and head, producing
    wounds which are necessarily fatal, thereby causing the immediate death of said John
    V. conway.

    Contrary to law.

    M’lang Cotabato, 13 September, 2022.
